We look for vehicles with character: unusual specifications, thoughtful modifications, preserved originals and interesting engineering. Clear evidence makes the story credible.
Build the facts first
Provide the VIN privately, exact mileage and units, title status, ownership history, maintenance, modifications, known flaws and included items. Say what is unknown. Use a specific description of this vehicle and an asking price you can substantiate. You review the exact curated submission before it becomes a listing.
Photograph the whole vehicle
Use natural light, a clean background and original high-resolution photos. Aim for at least 12 images, with a landscape exterior cover and dimensions of at least 1280 pixels wide. Avoid duplicate shots, advertisements and edits that conceal condition.
- Exterior: front, rear, both sides, front and rear three-quarter views; add wheels, tires and paint details.
- Interior: dashboard, seats, trim and a clear odometer reading; include wear and damaged controls.
- Mechanical: engine bay, underbody, suspension and visible leaks or corrosion.
- Evidence: close-ups of every known flaw, maintenance records with personal information redacted, and useful cold-start or walkaround video.
Label each photo and category accurately. Staff review missing angles, duplicate files, image dimensions, readability and disclosure. Any exception is documented.
Keep the listing current
Reconfirm availability at least every 14 days and update it promptly when reserved, withdrawn or sold. Correct changes in price, mileage or condition. Aim to acknowledge inquiries within one business day and agree on inspection access before a buyer travels.
Dealer representation
Create a dealer profile, provide credentials for review, and document permission for Unorthodox to publish your text and photos and manage inquiries. An active representation agreement is required for imported dealer inventory. The public listing names your dealership and identifies Unorthodox’s inquiry role.
Agree on services and terms
Confirm any listing, representation or third-party service fees in writing before authorizing work. The website does not charge for a transaction or take a vehicle deposit. You remain responsible for accurate disclosures and the terms agreed with the buyer.
