These terms apply to your use of the Unorthodox Motors website. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Using the marketplace
The website helps people discover vehicles, publish listings, and communicate about them. An inquiry does not reserve a vehicle or create a purchase agreement. Confirm availability, ownership, condition, price, taxes, fees, financing, and delivery arrangements directly before committing to a transaction. Inspect the vehicle and supporting records as appropriate. Demonstration inventory and illustrative records are examples and are not offers for sale.
Listings and replies
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate information and having authority to offer a vehicle. Listing information can change or contain errors. Review labels indicate the review described; they do not guarantee a vehicle’s condition or a successful transaction. AI replies can make mistakes and cannot make binding commitments about price, financing, appointments, or vehicle condition. Ask for a team member when you need confirmation.
Accounts and content
Keep your account secure and provide accurate contact information. Only upload material you have permission to share. You give us permission to store, display, and process submitted content to operate the service. Do not submit fraudulent listings, impersonate others, expose private information, harass people, send spam, or attempt to bypass security controls. We may review, hide, remove, or restrict content and accounts that violate these rules or threaten the service.
Communications
Contact forms authorize a response to your request. Optional SMS consent covers texts about the inquiry, including AI-assisted replies. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or use support for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Email and account notification preferences are available in your account.
Service availability and help
We work to keep the website useful and available, but features may change or be interrupted. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Read our privacy policy for information handling and contact support about the service, content, or a dispute.
