About the fourth-generation Dodge Viper

For 2008 the Viper's V10 grew to 8.4 liters and 600 horsepower, with McLaren and Ricardo contributing to the redesigned engine, along with a new six-speed manual and a quicker-acting differential. The track-focused ACR added adjustable suspension, a large carbon-fiber wing and a front splitter, and set a production-car lap record at the Nürburgring in 2008.
